Bio
Joshua I. Gilliam is a full-time lecturer for Eastern Kentucky University's Criminal Justice and Police Studies Regional Program at Campuses & Sites. Mr. Gilliam is based out of the EKU Manchester campus. Mr. Gilliam completed his Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Gilliam’s research interests include higher education and recidivism rates among violent offenders. He received his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from EKU through the Regional Program at Campuses & Sites. In his spare time, Mr. Gilliam enjoys going to the gym, writing music and spending time at the firing range.
